Tazer Victim

this guy was sleeping on a bench in the park. the cop woke him up and marched him out of the park. He said he had nowhere to go, and started to go back into the park. the cop said, "stop" he didn't, so the cop zapped him with the tazer. the guy flopped around like a fish on the ground, scaring the cop, who tazered him again and again until he stopped moving. then they called the paramedics and revived him, and called 10 more cops to help. They must have spent $10,000 putting this sleeping bum back to sleep. seattle police are such a bunch of jokers.
